Is an SLA something in the works for the future? Also (not to sound greedy here, but…) have you considered offering some form of credit for your customers in light of these issues?

Matthew, thanks for asking. Unfortunately we can’t at this point expand on that beyond what we say in the blog post: “The issue we have been facing is related to our virtualized infrastructure and the storage systems that it uses.”

Interesting to hear you moving away from centralised storage to localised when you could move to distributed storage instead (HP P4500 series for a cheap example)
