well, Gibraltar is online gaming/gambling hub since 2000 – all big gaming providers you could care for are there, less banking i guess.

I would be curious if possible to get statistics for other gaming/gambling hubs as Curacao/Netherland Antilles & Guernsey/Channel Islands. Is it possible?

Cheers,
Daniel.

Unfortunately we don’t know the answer to that, as we went by the listing provided by the World Bank. We’d guess they’d go by the IP rather than TLD.

It’s the TLD? the location of the main IP vs where the server is located?

Great post!
Rodrigo

All it says is “Secure servers are servers using encryption technology in Internet transactions.” And thanks for the suggestion, by the way.

What are the criteria that need to be met in order to qualify as a secure server?

Best regards,
Fredrik Näs

btw, it would be really nice if there was a way to subscribe to comments, for example a checkbox to follow additional comments after i have posted my own comment.

In these regions most datacenters are operated for/by banks & clearing houses.
