Little surprised that they are mainly focusing on touch screen aspects of the OS. Could that slow the adoption process?

I’ve been using it for a couple of months now (was able to get the final RTM version early through Dreamspark), and I really like it. Definitely going to pick up a Surface at some stage. Just waiting to see what the price will be like on the Surface Pro.

@bnlf  @Matteo Rossetti In September, Android (tablets) accounted for 0.5% of desktop browsing, and Blackberry (presumably Playbook) for 0.03%.

@Matteo Rossetti  the ipad is listed which is the only which matters anyway. Android tablets or any other dont really count for anything. the usage is too low. As for smartphones i dont think it would be a good comparison.

@Matteo Rossetti That wouldn’t really work, since it’s usage share (percentage) and not absolute numbers. It will be interesting, however, to track Windows 8 on desktop and mobile in the future.
